I have been trying to stay on a healthy diet. It is hard because i feel like i am depriving myself from the good stuff. Achieving a weight goal is not easy, along the way there are bumps that i have to go through. Those bumps are my cheat days and i just love it because i can eat whatever i want. On my cheat day i usually get a burger, fries and a large soda. There are many choices out there, and recently i stumbled upon on ampm(Secret Menu Application) on Facebook. My favorite of them are the Hot Chihuahua because i like hotdog and nacho cheese, and the Towering Inferno because it has three burgers, spicy cheetos and again nacho cheese. Dieting is fine but sometimes give yourself a break and dont deprive yourself. Set a cheat day to indulge on a sumptous meal without feeling any guilt. I set my cheat day once a month, how about you?
